Maintenance Superheater, Turbine and rack

PROBLEMA: General maintenance of the rack with its frontal axis affected by torsion, fissured bars and unadjusted chains. Overheating in the secondary lintel or out superheater and fouling of the turbine rotor.
SOLUCIÓN: Replacement of the frontal axis, bars, pins and rack lubrication system. Modification of superheater by shortening it, removing rotor, sandblasting and balancing.
RESULTADOS: better torque, lubrication, adequate operation of the chain, decrease of the superheated steam temperature and it improve the boiler cycle and optimization in the turbine efficiency and/or turbo to the generation.
